Summary:

In this role, you will collaborate with providers and the broader Supply Chain Member Connections team.  You will develop network strategy and annual work plans while advancing operating infrastructure, provider experience and alignment with the Vizient enterprise. You will deliver services-led, analytics-enabled value to supply chain leaders, staff and organizations participating in the Vizient Member Connections offering. You will purposefully develop or advance programs and resources through provider connections, emphasizing the needs of senior supply chain leaders at large health systems and academic medical centers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the goals and strategies of the enterprise and build and maintain relationships with provider senior leaders. Boldly reinforce supply-related solutions, performance management and other enterprise offerings through inclusive leadership and collaboration with other Vizient stakeholders.
• Serve as a network and education lead for provider connections to increase understanding, knowledge, and engagement in network / leadership offerings, including improvement projects, strategic or operational topic-based collaboration and/or other network activities.
• Establish and manage steering committee meetings and relationships to include the identification of areas of opportunity to uniquely meet providers needs and deliver value.
• Identify analytics to leverage peer network offerings and lead research efforts and publication of program-related outcomes to support knowledge sharing across the network.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, acting as a liaison and provider advocate in specific areas of focus as needed.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on the creation and implementation of strategic plans and activities with executives.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the network plan enhances provider engagement and delivers tangible value to participating organizations and Vizient.
• Facilitate network meetings and deliver networks communications.
• Collaborate with broader Vizient business units and senior executives to identify unmet needs and sources of innovation for positioning of services.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required. 
• Prior healthcare or hospital experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with healthcare industry suppliers preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with an ability to lead enterprise-wide projects.
• Demonstrated passion for spend management/supply chain education and workforce advancement.
• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$117,600.00 - $175,050.00
