Role Description
This role would report directly to the Director of Product Marketing, supporting the growth of B2B marketing at Pomelo Care. This is an opportunity to have direct ownership of driving pipeline through event investment as well as representing the Pomelo brand at events across our audiences: employer, health plans, clinicians, and broker/consultants. This role is a crucial executor and coordinator, bridging the gap between the B2B marketing team and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of conferences, field events, webinars, and clinical poster presentations, to generate qualified leads and drive customer engagement in a specific region or territory.
- Event Management: Coordinate the logistics for in-person and virtual events, such as trade shows, conferences, and local meetups. This includes vendor management, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
- Content Localization: Help adapt marketing content (e.g., case studies, product sheets, presentations) to resonate with the specific needs and language of the event audience - working with cross-functional leads and function lead on approvals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead generation, pipeline contribution, and event attendance. Use data to provide actionable insights for future optimization.
- Budget Management: Support the senior marketing team in managing an event budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Market Research: Conduct basic market research to understand event trends, and competitor activities.
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in the digital health or healthcare technology space.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising - will be collaborating with the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation on pre and post-event nurture campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and marketing teams.
- A results-driven mindset and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- This role will be out in the field alongside our sales team at our large investment events, expected travel commitment is 30%.
