Responsibilities:

The BXCI Investment Operations team is looking for a key member of the private credit operations team focused on operational oversight and management of the funds. This team works closely with the fund leads in ensuring the accuracy of the fund’s IBOR with a high standard of care.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

• Manage stakeholder expectations prior to fund launches/investments. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful new product/fund launches, including onboarding and integration with service providers
• Daily management of the funds to ensure internal and external SLA’s are being met. Must have experience managing a variety of fund structures (BDCs, drawdown / commingled funds, fund of one / many, SMAs etc.) leveraging teams located across multiple regions globally. Facilitates the period end close process, collaborating with the GFF (Global Fund Finance), Product Control, Compliance, and service providers
• Working with technology to develop, automate, and streamline workflows. Collaborate with clients to design and scope new reporting needs, and work closely with technology to build the required reporting infrastructure
• Serve as the internal escalation point for all matters within the client/fund vertical, addressing and resolving issues as they arise
• Monitor the new product pipeline and deal pipelines, staying informed about upcoming projects and potential opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years related experience
• Advanced understanding of private credit and agency function is preferred
• Individuals at this level can exhibit advanced executional capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Results oriented, deadline driven and resourceful person who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Independent worker / self-starter
• Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong Excel skills preferred
• Proven success as a team player

Expected annual base salary range:

$125,000 - $185,000
