Location: Various Locations (CONUS & OCONUS)
Salary: Full-Time Salaried (Project Based)

Position Summary:
Futron Incorporated is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee and coordinate the planning, implementation, and supervision of the project quality control program. This role provides QA/QC across all project activities, working with Project Managers, employees, vendors, consultants, and outside agencies. The QC Manager reports directly to the Contractor’s home office management team, not the Project Manager. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and supervise the project’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control program
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project staff to resolve quality issues
• Review and maintain project documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Support safe work practices and ensure adherence to occupational safety regulations
• Provide timely reporting to management on QC activities and findings Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or technical field, plus 8 years’ QC program experience
OR
• High School education with 15 years of construction experience (including 10 years as a tradesman and 5 years in QC inspections)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety, and building codes
• Detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
• Physically able to perform duties on-site in varying conditions
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed Compensation & Benefits:
