Bonsky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has built a reputation for providing exceptional service and creating lasting relationships with customers throughout Northeast Ohio. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting our service and dispatch teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule service appointments and maintenance visits
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers
• Assist with membership and maintenance agreement scheduling
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and field technicians
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
• Help ensure service schedules remain full and efficient

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Call center, dispatch, or home services experience is a plus
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required
