We're looking for an </span><strong><span style="color:#000000">Engineering Manager</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> to join our </span><strong><span style="color:#000000">Marketplaces Group</span></strong><span style="color:#000000">, where you'll play a key role in integrating e-commerce channels.</span></p><h4><strong><span style="color:#000000"><br>🚀 </span></strong><span style="color:#000000">Your challenges: </span></h4><p><span style="color:#000000">As an Engineering Manager in the Marketplaces domain, you will lead an engineering department consisting of 4 team leads (your direct reports) who manage ~17 individual contributors. You'll report to our VP of Engineering, </span><u><a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jjdijkstra1/?originalSubdomain=nl"><span style="color:#000000">Jorryt Dijkstra.</span></a></u><span style="color:#000000"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000">You’ll be responsible for delivering maximum impact in the Marketplaces domain. You will partner up with an experienced Product Lead, with whom you will define and carry out a department vision, strategy, and roadmap.
