The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Data to lead our enterprise-wide efforts across Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Science. This role will shape the future of data at Renuity, helping us harness data as a competitive advantage, from customer acquisition and marketing optimization to operational performance and workforce insights.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and execute long-term data strategy aligned with business and technology objectives.

• Serve as the enterprise data thought leader, partnering with C-level and business leaders to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Lead the Data as a Product mindset, aligning key KPIs and metrics with business leaders that help drive the organization forward.

• Help define and drive the master data strategy

• Establish data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks to ensure trusted data assets.

• Applying AI/ML towards solve complex but exiting business challenges

Team & Capability Building

• Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts, data scientists, and BI engineers.

• Create career paths, development plans, and performance metrics for the data team.

• Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Data Science & Advanced Analytics

• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and predictive analytics to support marketing, sales, operations, and customer engagement.

• Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks that drive insight and action.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Standardize and scale enterprise dashboards, self-service BI tools, and executive reporting.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Data Architecture & Infrastructure

• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines, architecture, and warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).

• Optimize data infrastructure to enable fast, reliable access to insights and experimentation.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10–12+ years of experience in data leadership roles spanning analytics, BI, and data science.

• Proven success building and scaling data teams in fast-paced, growth-stage or enterprise environments.

• Hands-on expertise with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Looker/Tableau, Python, SQL).

• Experience with hyperscalers such as Azure, Google

• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimentation, and machine learning techniques.

• Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

• Experience supporting marketing attribution, sales performance, operations, and/or customer experience analytics preferred.
