Responsibilities:

Produce/package/label all products to meet or exceed all quality specifications per shop order, QCIC’s and all other required documents provided.
Operates various manufacturing and measurement equipment in a safe and orderly manner and notifies Supervisor or Production Manager when operating problems occur or when standards cannot be met.
Meet or exceed all due dates assigned to the manufacturing shop order.
Responsible for all products manufactured.
Understanding of documentation system including reading comprehension, writing and how to complete documents accurately.
May assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product and tooling.
Understand and follow gowning processes and procedures while maintaining a clean and presentable work station.
Train cell operators and make sure standard work is being followed.
Train cell operators and update MDI charts and maintain daily production schedule for assigned part numbers.
Responsible for managing payroll of assigned team members.
Complete and participate in 5S audits, update and maintain cell action list and monitor counter measures daily.
Be actively involved in layered audits and daily problem solving using lean tools.
