GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional On-Site Resident Manager to join our team at a 60-unit affordable housing community in Fowler, CA


This role is essential to ensuring high-quality operations, exceptional resident satisfaction, and full compliance with regulatory and company standards. In this position, you will oversee the effective management and maintenance of the community, support financial objectives, and ensure all operational processes align with company policies and affordable housing requirements.


Compensation: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a 2-bedroom on-site unit and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Requirements

 Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of property management or affordable housing experience
  • Strong Tax Credit (LIHTC) knowledge is required
  • HUD experience preferred, along with familiarity in other affordable housing program requirements
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
  • Must live on-site in a 2-bedroom unit at the Fowler property
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
