About the role

Pacifico Energy Italia (“Pacifico”) is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants. 


For our office in Milan, we are looking for hands-on contributors to support our growing team.

Requirements

Your Tasks 

Project Development I
You identify and assess PV and battery development opportunities for the Italian market. Moreover, you manage the overall development process from project identification to commercial operation.

Negotiation I You lead contract negotiations, e.g. sale-purchase agreements to acquire project rights, development services and EPC agreements.

Stakeholder Management I You maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local developers, landowners, authorities, grid operators and technical and legal advisors.

Strategic development I Through your ideas and initiative you will have the chance to actively shape and facilitate the long-term project development strategy of Pacifico Energy Italia.

Collaboration I You will be closely cooperating with team members and internal stakeholders located in the Munich headquarters.

Your Profile


Completed Degree I You have a completed Master's degree, preferably with an engineering or business focus (e.g. Renewable Energy, Civil/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Business Engineering, Spatial Planning, Geography, Physics, Management).

Working Experience I You have prior work experience of at least two years preferably in a renewable energy development firm, in strategy consulting or finance (e.g. project development firm, EPC, utility, consultancy, battery manufacturing or integrator).

Agile working mentality I A proactive, hands-on mentality, attention to detail, outstanding project management skills and strategic thinking will help you succeed in this role. Moreover, you are resilient and can keep a cool head in dynamic situations.

Communication Skills I You are a strong communicator and are comfortable with approaching different stakeholders and negotiation partners. Moreover, you have excellent Italian and good English skills. Knowledge of German is a plus.
