Are you on it? </p> <p> </p> <p>What do you get?</p> <ul> <li>€2.318 - €3.110 gross p/m (depending on knowledge and experience)</li> <li>Non-contributory pension</li> <li>Time-for-time arrangement</li> <li>ANW and WIA gap insurance (fully paid by Arvato)</li> <li>40-hour work week</li> <li>25 vacation days (possibility to extend to 28 days vacation)</li> <li>Laptop and telephone</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What do you bring?</p> <ul> <li>Vocational level with at least 1 year of work experience / Bachelor degree starter</li> <li>Knowledge of Excel</li> <li>Customer-oriented, good at analyzing and reporting, ability to communicate clearly internally and externally</li> <li>Excellent command of English, and preferably also Dutch</li> <li>You are a real teamplayer</li> <li>You're available to work your shifts between 8.00 and 20.00 o'clock</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What will you do? <br/> As a Customer Service Officer at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, you are responsible for the proper handling of outgoing orders for a fixed number of customers. You ensure that these orders are delivered according to plan(ning) and that customers are satisfied with the service.</p> <p><br/> System management is an important part of your job: you keep an eye on the status of the outgoing orders. You do this so-called "Transport Exception Handling" process at the end of the day, so you don't have to check all orders for problems or delays. You analyze the data in the systems extensively, keeping in mind the established KPIs, expectations and planning.</p> <p><br/> It is also important that you reconcile incoming and outgoing orders. You continuously monitor whether all orders go through correctly and help supervise the supply of products. You do this on the basis of agreements made with the customer; you check in the system and on the shop floor whether these are properly followed. At the same time you support colleagues, for example from Account Management. You do this mainly in the area of project management. If you see that incoming and outgoing orders do not match properly, you take action and know how to find the right colleagues to solve this. Think of colleagues from the warehouse and the Account Managers. Meanwhile, you adjust the logistics planning (you draw this up weekly) and inform the drivers and the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will work together with colleagues on improvement projects, such as how to collect data more efficiently.
