Do you thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment where you can own the sales cycle, close transformational deals, and help shape the future of cloud communications?</p><p>Sangoma is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial National Sales Executive to accelerate growth for Sangoma Carrier Voice — our powerful telecom-as-a-service platform delivering carrier-grade voice, messaging, phone number services, and CPaaS capabilities through one unified cloud ecosystem.</p><p>This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to become a strategic advisor helping carriers, enterprises, SaaS providers, and technology organizations modernize communications without the burden of building telecom infrastructure.</p><p>If you understand wholesale telecom, VoIP, UCaaS, CPaaS, SIP, messaging, APIs, and cloud communications — and know how to turn relationships into revenue — we want to hear from you.</p><p>As a National Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by selling Sangoma Carrier Voice solutions to:</p><ul><li>Wholesale carriers</li><li>CLECs &amp; IXCs</li><li>Service providers</li><li>UCaaS &amp; CPaaS organizations</li><li>Large enterprises</li><li>Technology and SaaS companies</li></ul><p>You will own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship development through contract negotiation and closing — while building long-term strategic partnerships that fuel recurring revenue growth.</p><p>This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands the telecommunications ecosystem and thrives in a hunter-focused environment.</p><p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive new revenue growth by selling Sangoma Carrier Voice solutions across regional, national, and global markets</li><li>Prospect, identify, and close new wholesale carrier, enterprise, and strategic business opportunities</li><li>Expand existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development</li><li>Position Sangoma Carrier Voice as a modern telecom-as-a-service platform delivering scalable voice, messaging, SIP, and API-driven communications</li><li>Develop strong relationships with C-level executives, telecom decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams</li><li>Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations, demos, and solution consultations</li><li>Lead contract negotiations and manage opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle</li><li>Collaborate with internal engineering, product, operations, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences</li><li>Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key strategic accounts</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking within Salesforce CRM</li><li>Stay current on telecom market trends, carrier technologies, AI-driven communications, CPaaS innovation, and competitive positioning</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor by helping customers modernize communications infrastructure and improve operational efficiency</li></ul>
