What you will do: 

 

  • Facilites the implementations of Corporate EH&S initiatives in assigned region 

  • Conducts job site inspections identifies safety program gaps and helps develop corrective actions.  

  • Conducts fleet inspections, ensures maintenance schedules are followed, and conducts branch safety inspections. 

  • Assists with new hire onboarding, serves as a safety mentor, and conducts root cause analysis as required.  

  • Organizes weekly Branch Safety Coordinator calls, provides feedback to management, and supports safety program improvement efforts 

 

What you will bring: 

 

  • Proficient skill with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills: Comfortable speaking in front of a group, delivering training, and coaching team members.  

  • General knowledge of warehouse and delivery operations 

  • General knowledge of Fleet and OSHA regulations 

  • 2+ years’ experience in an operations role, preferably with safety responsibilities 

  • Organized and detail oriented.
