Job Description

Scope:

The Service Scheduler position is temporary and onsite at our Carol Stream facility, M-F from 8:00am until 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Scheduling of service visits for US and Canada Field Service Engineers per established Company guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in the reassignment of service work as needed, making recommendations based on current workloads & priorities.
• Provide daily updates on service visits, types of service being performed and locations.
• Enter, manage, and complete all service work orders within our D365 Service Environment, ensuring all actions are identified and then followed up in a timely manner.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of strong customer service experience, along with field service or logistics scheduling responsibilities. 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Can do attitude, courteous, friendly and positive.
• Ability to manage a dynamic service schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and accurate – excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of the geography of the country in order to dispatch nationally.
