Job Description

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with Global Payroll Management and stakeholders to maintain the stabilization of Global Payroll Operations amidst any projects or events, as necessary; This may include but not be limited to the periodic support of the Payroll Solutions for US, Canada and Mexico, as well as, EMEA and APAC

• Provide technical support expertise in the relevant HRIS/Payroll/Time Attendance solutions used in the Solidigm matrix model to resolve end-user issues, errors, data integrity concerns, and all other troubleshooting

• Assist with validation of computations and clerical duties, including the preparation of payroll information for computer input, adjust computer output, reconciliation of payroll reports, tax compliance and accuracy as per local, statutory, and federal law, and the processing of exception items or those requiring special handling

• Respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners, employees and managers via internal ticketing platforms regarding salary, deductions, tax, and changes in compensation, and/or any other payroll relevant component, to ensure project expectations, communications, and next steps are shared, cleared, and aligned, as needed by the business

• Lead in the data integrity efforts by creating, maintaining, and running necessary HR, Payroll, and Payroll Tax reports to perform reconciliations and validations, as required

• Support team members with any other projects, simulations, analytics, testing in appropriate environments, and vetting of data, prior to moving to production

Additional Information

The Senior Payroll Project Lead will own and drive key projects and initiatives to improve overall quality, consistency and efficiency of the global payroll function. This could include data quality, data integration, end to end process and continuous improvement projects. The successful candidate will partner closely with payroll leadership, HR benefits and external payroll and benefit providers to create and deliver win win solutions.

 

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $78,880 to $158,270. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
