The Clinical Reference Site Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a strategic network of National Reference Sites that demonstrate Siemens Healthineers’ advanced angiography technology, clinical excellence, and customer satisfaction. This position plays a vital role in enabling sales, strengthening peer-to-peer engagement, and showcasing clinical differentiation through real-world demonstrations.In addition to managing National Reference Sites, the CRSM will play a key role in facilitating visits to the Charlotte-based Customer Experience Center and supporting animal lab education sessions. This role requires advanced system/ technical knowledge and in-depth expertise in 2D/3D advanced angiography features.
Location: Remote / Charlotte, NC
Required Travel: Up to 80%, 50% in Charlotte, NC Customer Experience Center
Key Responsibilities
1. Reference Site Strategy & Relationship Management
- Develop and execute a national strategy to identify, onboard, and maintain high-performing reference sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison between reference sites and internal teams, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clinical champions, site administrators, and technologists.
- Establish a regular cadence of onsite visits to maintain engagement and ensure consistent experiences.
2. Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Education teams to coordinate reference site visits (onsite, virtual, hybrid).
- Promote National Reference Sites internally to the sales organization.
- Support peer-to-peer engagement by helping build a Reference Call Program in partnership with KOL Managers.
- Gather and share clinical success stories and testimonials for use in marketing content.
- Assist in executing Angio BL initiatives to enhance and sustain the reference network.
3. Onboarding, Compliance & Operations
- Lead the onboarding process for new reference sites, including training on expectations, brand standards, and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and data privacy requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks such as tracking visit logs, collecting customer feedback, and maintaining accurate site profiles.
- Oversee payment/credit processing for completed reference site engagements.
4. Clinical Engagement & Education
- Provide procedural case coverage during animal lab education sessions, supporting physicians with technology use.
- Reinforce the unique advantages and clinical differentiators of Siemens Healthineers angiography solutions.
- Collaborate with and support the IRCAD management team (internal and external).
- Facilitate with on-demand support for National Reference Sites and demos, as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical and technical expertise in the Siemens Angiography portfolio.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hybrid OR, interventional radiology/neuro lab, or cardiac cath lab.
- Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
- BS/BA in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to deliver clinical education and build strong internal and external partnerships.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting business goals.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare setting.
