Position Summary:

Delivers and picks up parts and equipment. Assists Parts Counter personnel.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Picks up and delivers parts to customers, other Company locations, and vendors.

  • Checks with the Parts Manager or counter personnel before leaving for any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.

  • Verifies payments for invoices on deliveries.

  • Reconciles invoices against purchases orders for pick-ups.

  • Maintains parts vehicle. Notifies manager of any repairs or maintenance required.

  • Assists with stocking and posting received orders to expedite delivery to shop personnel or retail accounts.

  • Represents Quality Truck Care Center in a professional manner, remaining friendly and courteous in all customer and co-worker interactions.

  • Weekly office cleaning is performed in cooperation with the rest of the office staff.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid /Clean Wisconsin Driver’s License. REQUIRED

  • Parts (auto or truck) or delivery experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong general math skills.

  • Ability to communicate with others verbally (telephone and in person) and in written communication methods (handwritten and electronic correspondence)
