As part of our Digital Transformation Organization (DTO), you actively drive the change for our various business units in our Global Business Services division.

By setting up a reporting structure, dashboards and creating insights to advice senior management you directly contribute to the success and further development of SIXT.

As a Business Analyst or Controlling Analyst you are responsible to provide transparency and thus the foundation to jointly develop possible process improvements with various stakeholders. This is an exciting new role within a dedicated team - apply now! 

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• Your main task is the definition and development of a reporting structure providing full transparency regarding the performance of our Global Business Services division or specifically for our Procurement department
• You define cross-divisional, strategic KPIs and continuously track process performance topics
• You independently prepare and conduct business reviews with senior management and enable the identification of problems at an early stage
• You continuously align with our departments to derive insights that enable management decisions based on ad hoc analysis
• You are responsible for bundling requirements towards Business Intelligence and our Data Warehousing team
• As a strategist, you find it easy to prepare reports and ad hoc analysis on day-to-day business and to ensure that they are transferred and implemented in long-term reporting

Qualifications

COME AS YOU ARE:

• An independent development of reporting structures and KPIs is no challenge for you, furthermore you enjoy preparing data and presenting it in a clear and meaningful way 
• You have completed your studies in business administration, information systems, or comparable and you have several years of work experience in the reporting environment, as a Business Analyst or Operational Controller
• You think strategic and communication is in your “blood”, especially with internal stakeholders  
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and are a fast learner 
• You have experience with tools like Qlikview, Google Looker, Amazon QuickSight, and translating your KPI definitions in SQL is the easiest exercise for you
• You have a very good understanding of operational business processes and have a certain drive and a stable persistence
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus
