Description

• Master’s degree in communications or related field.
• Federal communications experience, preferably DHS/CBP.
• Experience preparing materials for Congressional engagement.
• Proficiency in visual communications and branding.

Key Responsibilities

Leads communication strategy, outreach, and materials production to support PMO programs.• Develop communication strategies and outreach plans.• Manage PMO SharePoint homepage content and internal communications.
• Draft speeches, talking points, articles, briefings, and public affairs materials.
• Support stakeholder relations with OPA, OCA, OCC, and external agencies.
• Plan and execute major public events such as groundbreakings and ceremonies.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in communications, public affairs, or journalism.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
