Addendum: AVP, Business Solutions - Property & Casualty (Service Operational & Transactional)  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Design, implement and optimize policy servicing workflows across front-end and in-process experience ​ 

  • Conduct customer research and analyze behavior to inform experiencedesign. 

  • Convert insights into strategic design decisions that shape requirements and solution architecture. 

  • Ensure all enhancements include reporting capabilities to measure KPI’s and track performance against businessobjectives. ​ 

  • Create and test interactive prototypes to iterate quickly and refinedesigns. 

  • Deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with businessgoals. 

  • Partner with IT and third-party vendors to plan and execute buildactivities. 

  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and security in allsolutions. 

  • Implement quote versioning and personalization for tailored customerexperiences. 

  • Generate functional, appealing features that address user needs and improve overall experience. 

  • Perform ongoing data and process analysis to uncover insights, monitor performance, and proposeenhancements. 

  • Stay current with technology and design trends to maintain modern, scalablesolutions. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to gather requirements, validate designs, and deliver a seamless end-to-endexperience. 

  • Manage backlog, including prioritization, grooming, and roadmapalignment. 

  • Present design approaches, insights, and trade-offs to stakeholders; advocate for solutions aligned with businessgoals. 

  • Document processes, requirements, and design specifications for reference and communication.

Define, track and work with teams to implement and participate in periodic business reviews to business evaluate progress towards objectives and help ensure that all teams are aligned with the overall strategic direction of Personal Lines and our business partners.
