Job Description

• Manage the lifecycle of vendor and customer contracts, such as Order Form agreements, NDAs, and MSAs, including reviewing, editing and redlining utilizing the company’s contract lifecycle management tool(s).
• Maintain a library of forms, documents, templates, legal and historical information, making updates as needed
• Support various internal team members on contract needs and accurate use of CLM tools
• Collaborate with business partners to creatively solve issues and escalate where appropriate.
• Coordinate with various internal teams for vendor selection and vendor renewal matters.
• Proactively seek areas of process improvement within the team and the company in relation to the legal department.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Requirement for consideration: 1 year of experience performing commercial SaaS/Software Development contract reviews (NDA, Quote, MSA, SoW / Order Form…).  
• 1 year of experience working with Malbek CMS preferred. 
• 1 year of experience with Salesforce and DocuSign preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and methodology highly valued.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across different departments and countries.
