What this job involves:

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in industrial construction to join our Project and Development Services team. As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership. Leveraging a national platform will allow you to focus on and lead industry changing projects that influence the future of work. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your holistic approach to client needs. Your influence will be founded in facilitating critical stakeholder meetings, providing on-site project leadership and applying financial acumen to meet client goals.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Leading industry changing projects that influence the future of work

• Facilitating critical stakeholder meetings with clients and vendors

• Providing on-site project leadership and oversight

• Managing client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution

• Translating business-driven requirements into construction project plans

• Contributing to establishment and refinement of work quality and best practices

• Developing procedures and winning strategies to guide team project execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred

• 7+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management

• Experience managing projects within an operating manufacturing and industrial space

• Experience translating business-driven requirements into a construction project plan

• Working knowledge of building infrastructure systems including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Suppression systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in project management technology tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of results in fast-paced, high volume environments

• Ability to establish relationships with all levels of organization and external clients

• Experience with technology applications in real estate and construction industries

• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and think strategically

• Experience contributing to diverse, supportive teams

• Background in account maintenance and client relationship development
