About the Role

You’ll provide person-centred care and support that empowers our participants to live independently and with dignity.

Your day might include:

• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities and meal preparation
• Supporting medication reminders and personal care
• Helping with light household tasks
• Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities

Multiple locations to work at including:

Northern Sydney

• Hornsby, Ryde & Upper North Shore

• Epping & surrounding suburbs

What You Bring

• A caring and empathetic nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or interest in Aged Care (Cert III preferred)
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with people from all backgrounds

🪪 Requirements:

• NSW Driver’s Licence + fully insured vehicle
• Valid First Aid & CPR, National Police Check & WWCC clearance
• Proof of Australian work rights
• Smartphone (for rostering app use)
