Warehouse Systems Specialist

Your tasks

• Utilize SAP to manage goods movement and monitor the physical location of goods storage and automated warehouse activities
• Utilize cockpits and KPI’s to evaluate, conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Assist with ramp up of new software, creates documentation and provide key user support and training
• Collect, evaluate and address plant requirements and coordinate activities between plant and SAP EWM supplier to ensure project is delivered on time
• Prepare, execute and evaluate plant acceptance testing
• Build a key user structure by providing guidance on warehouse process and functions best practices and training to key personnel together with external supplier
• Support various departments in North America to implement best practices, cost saving changes and additional continuous improvement project activitiy
• Comply with Brose New Boston’s safety policies and procedures

• SAP WM/EWM/APO PPDS
• Expert knowledge of defined SAP Logistics processes
• Problem Solver
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of Automotive Industry, automated warehouse and distribution processes
• Analytical and attention to detail
• Ability to work in teams
• Strong communication skills
