Regional Transportation Manager

   Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Regional Leader of our Raymour and Flanigan Transportation team
• Partner with Distribution and Delivery Operation Teams for effective product movement
• Develop a high functioning team of Transportation Supervisors, Coordinators, and Tractor Trailer Drivers
• Assess and recommend regional fleet make up and operation for effective customer service
• Encourage and reward safe operations
• Influence direction and effectiveness of Raymour and Flanigan's Distribution and Transportation Network
• Responsible for optimization of Distribution and Transportation network
• Recruit and train tractor trailer drivers
• Develop department financial goals and meet or exceed those goals
• Build individual and team credibility throughout the organization
• Embrace and Drive change within the team and throughout the organization
• Collaborate with internal and external repair shops to maintain fleet of tractors and trailers

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with DOT & FMCSA heavy-duty vehicle regulations & compliance
• Fleet management experience
• Flexible Schedule with ability to assist with 24/7 Operations
• Familiarity with Invoicing and Budget management; NetSuite Knowledge preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
