YOU ARE
Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s.
You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.
Retail Finance Intern
YOUR MISSION

Obtain the necessary information to complete the Internal Control reviews and confirm adherence to control descriptions.

Conduct monthly research and prepare comprehensive reporting for Maison review

Retail Policy & Procedures revisions and reformatting

Contribute to the review and creation of instructional documents related to policy & procedures, compliance, and related training materials.

Assist with user-experience design and analysis of the current policy and training documentation.

Participate in and review the process of performing a Boutique Internal Compliance review

Write Yammer posts to promote Retail Finance achievements and ongoing activities.

Long term project – To obtain the knowledge and skills to effectively maintain the Retail Back Office of our Maisons and ensure compliance not only to North America but Group policies. Interact with the Retail Finance team, other teams within the Finance Department (Accounting, Credit, FP&A) as well as our Maison partners to gain clearer understanding of the issues in order to identify possible solutions.
YOUR PROFILE

Potential travel to local boutiques in the New England region

Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application

Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program

Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships

Must be age 18 or older to participate

Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)

This is a paid internship.
