Job Description
For Semester/Term: Fall 2025
Hiring Department: Henderson Testing Center
Work Hours per week: Up to 20
Hourly Rate of Pay: $14.00
What We Do: Administration of placement and CSN class tests. Proctoring (monitoring) students during the exams.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work with the testing center staff to administer placement tests. Proctoring (monitoring) students during the exam.
Candidates may work at the front desk greeting students and/or professors.
Give instructions for and setup placement.
Maintain some logbooks associated with testing.
Access and use the Greymatter system and RegisterBlast for student tracking and appointments.
Answering student questions in person and on the phone regarding testing procedures and placement information.

Work Experience in our Department supports the following Degree/Certificate Programs
Hospitality Management (AA)
Hotel Management (AAS or CA)
Communication (AA)
Preferred Qualifications
This position requires good communication skills in person and on the phone. Professionalism is required in dealing with all students and professors.
Clear and legible handwriting is necessary for filling out logs.
Dependability and punctuality are required for this position.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have Student Employment Award Work Study from Financial Aid.
