The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 81,520.00 USD - 106,995.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

Step into a role where your supply chain expertise drives real results. As a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you’ll take the lead in managing a trusted network of suppliers and components to ensure seamless delivery across multiple regions and customers. You’ll be the key player in balancing material supply to support both internal and external production, influencing case fill rates, inventory performance, and other critical KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned technology(s), within respective region

  • Drives results through adherence to core planning processes and policies

  • Optimization of inventory and case fill, end to end

  • Drives decisions & trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicates to stakeholders

  • Develop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP & best practices

  • Cross functional (& external) collaboration to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory & capacity

  • Master data ownership & compliance

  • Escalate supply/inventory risk via the S&OE process to the Supply Interface Manager & to drive resolution

  • Measure, analyze & communicate key process metrics

  • Monthly input/capacity planning in support of the S&OP process

  • Monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for their category/cluster – and identify/drive corrective actions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in supply chain, or an advanced degree and 1+ year of experience in supply chain, OR military experience considered in lieu of education requirement and 2 years of experience in supply chain

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience in the CPG industry

  • SAP experience/knowledge (planning related module)

  • Kinaxis experience MRP

  • APICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTD

  • High level proficiency w/PC-based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)

  • Demonstrated results working in a team-based, cross functional environment

  • Proven organizational skills & ability to perform under pressure & manage priorities w/competing demands

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Process improvement proficiency, e.g., root cause understanding, lean methodology, etc.

  • Ability to work on a high-performing team in collaborative environment

  • Quantitative/qualitative analysis, including business process metrics & measures linking to business KPI’s

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time onsite role in Racine, WI

  • Core collaboration hours are 9 AM - 3PM; flexibility outside these hours to meet a standard 40+ hour work week and evolving business needs

  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees

  • This role is not eligible for relocation
