About the role

About The Outdoorsy Destination Network

The Outdoorsy Destination Network, (ODN) is bringing profitable campgrounds online through the same digital innovation that Outdoorsy implemented to bring RVs online and make peer-to-peer rentals both possible and desirable above other vacation options. ODN’s collection of campgrounds will start with two destinations, one in California and Colorado, that lie at the doorstep to some of the most scenic vistas and epic outdoor adventures mother nature offers. With Outdoorsy’s founder’s mission in mind — to make the outdoors accessible to all — the destinations will expand to 50 locations by 2025 and 200 locations by 2028. With over eight years invested in developing innovations in the tech and travel sector, Outdoorsy has its finger on the pulse of the wants and needs of the modern traveler. The venture into campgrounds will be the company’s first transition from a digital product offering to a physical product offering as the company restores campground properties with enhanced sustainability measures — revamping the resorts to their original glory, with a twenty-first century twist — while improving and modernizing common pain points in the customer experience; bringing bookings online and updating outdated amenities like property lighting, workout facilities, and WiFi.

In addition to restoring and elevating existing campground destinations, ODN is also investing in a comfort-first and nature-second way of vacationing with the unveiling of Outdoorsy Hill Country, a glamping experience in the Texas Hill Country designed to elevate the guest experience.
