HVAC Parts Sales Associate

Daikin Applied is seeking an HVAC Parts Sales Associate. In this critical role, you would provide HVAC parts-related service to customers in the store and over the phone. You will also be responsible for parts identification, order management, inventory selection and pricing.  This is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

 

Location: Onsite role based out of our Doral Parts Store

 

What you will do:

• Sell HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and in-person interacting with customers on a daily basis
• Create solutions for customers by providing overall technical support and researching options including, but not limited to receiving and processing orders, product, and service questions, warranty administration, and overall customer complaints
• Communicate to management when pricing is not in line with market price and local product knowledge
• Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Drive customer policy enhancements based on need and makes exceptions to customer policies and procedures where appropriate

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated example of taking initiative with a solid work ethic
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC or parallel industry parts store experience
• Oracle POS experience

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.72 - $41.20 per hour plus a targeted sales incentive plan in FL. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
