We are looking forward to your application. </p><p>In our <strong>IoT </strong>team<strong>,</strong> you will: </p><ul><li><p><strong>Manage features: </strong>You will be the interface between business and tech, navigate between relevant stakeholders to ultimately define, prioritize and ship the right features. </p></li><li><p><strong>Measure succes</strong>: You analyze and measure your software teams outcomes and make sure key results are reached </p></li><li><p><strong>Navigate Stakeholders: </strong>You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assuring that information is shared and updated right where it needs to be </p></li><li><p><strong>Promote innovation:</strong> You encouraging a culture of efficiency, creativity and excellence to foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team  </p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain the backlog:</strong> You own, define and manage your product backlog so that it is transparent and understood by everyone involved. </p></li><li><p><strong>Grow and learn: </strong>are you familiar with IoT devices or have experience with any other hardware? We'd love to learn from your knowledge. Are you behind in firmware image builds or regression testing? We'll make sure you grow through our knowledge.  </p></li><li><p><strong>Work on architecture and vision:</strong> we are fusing old and new technologies. Therefore, we analyze new requirements critically. We evaluate which moving parts would have to change and explore opportunities to solve organization-spanning challenges with elegant architectural solutions.  </p></li><li><p><strong>Steer for empathy and understanding: w</strong>e create solutions that truly comprehend market needs by continuously addressing underlying challenges. Ask critical questions and listen to operations, craftspeople, sales, and suppliers! There are many stakeholders and users to get input from, and balancing their needs leads to the best solutions. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>A <strong>master's degree in a technical field</strong>, preferably energy, computer science, IT or business </p></li><li><p>You have <strong>worked around software products</strong>, and experience with solar, EV charging or ESS is a big plus.  </p></li><li><p>You have <strong>at least three years of working experience</strong> in a Product Owner or similar role. </p></li><li><p>You have<strong> strong stakeholder management skills</strong> and understand the power of communication and collaboration </p></li><li><p>You feel <strong>comfortable in agile methodologies</strong> and product ownership best practices.  </p></li><li><p>You have a <strong>solid understanding of technical delivery processes</strong>, including web, back-end, design, QA, etc. </p></li><li><p>You <strong>communicate clearly in English</strong>, spoken and written — crisp and concise ways of formulating your ideas and opinions.
