Who We Want
We're seeking a candidate that is self-motivated and able to work independently. Someone who can problem solve and research to connect disparate strings of information. This candidate will be able present findings to an audience with a wide variety of backgrounds and base knowledge of the subject.

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
2 Years of research experience and experience in higher education
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
Ability to work independently or remotely
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Working knowledge of office software and instructional programs
Responsibilities
Research Support - Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, including document and online research, reports, and compilations of findings.
Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to director and university committees, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials. Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain accurate records.
Documentation - Maintain organized records of events, committee meetings, and other relevant documentation. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
