Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Act as a tool quality program lead to manage issue tracking and drive closure

• Ability to review data to identify patterns and opportunities for systemic improvement

• Handle internal engagement and alignment on tool quality related issues for quality performance concerns

• Review root cause corrective action closures for validity, identify and drive global lessons learned across all product divisions

• Interface with service install teams and global operations quality groups to ensure identified improvement opportunities are implemented timely

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and install processes

• Provide training and support to team members on tool quality program processes, procedures, and use of metric dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data Analytics experience a plus

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

  Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field

• Strong interpersonal and self-management skills

• Proven background in driving corrective actions (Problem Solving Methods)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and crafting customer facing reports
  (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work in a diverse team, and with groups located in other regions like: Israel, Singapore, Wales and Germany 

• Ability to communicate complex subjects in simple terms  

• Travel domestic and international travel less than 10%

Base Pay Range: $86,700.00 - $147,400.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
