Act as a tool quality program lead to manage issue tracking and drive closure
Ability to review data to identify patterns and opportunities for systemic improvement
Handle internal engagement and alignment on tool quality related issues for quality performance concerns
Review root cause corrective action closures for validity, identify and drive global lessons learned across all product divisions
Interface with service install teams and global operations quality groups to ensure identified improvement opportunities are implemented timely
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and install processes
Provide training and support to team members on tool quality program processes, procedures, and use of metric dashboards
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Analytics experience a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
Strong interpersonal and self-management skills
Proven background in driving corrective actions (Problem Solving Methods)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and crafting customer facing reports
(Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work in a diverse team, and with groups located in other regions like: Israel, Singapore, Wales and Germany
Ability to communicate complex subjects in simple terms
Travel domestic and international travel less than 10%
