Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health (Days) (PRN)

To assume the responsibility for the care of patients in the home through the provision of comprehensive skilled nursing services. To assist in the provision of home health care services that reflects the Agency philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care of assigned patients. To ensure quality and safe delivery of nursing care services. Education See License/Certification Requirements Experience One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures. Licenses & Certifications *Driver's License *Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License *Healthcare Provider (CPR) *Vehicle Insurance Qualifications *A minimum of one (1) year experience as a LPN in an acute care setting preferred. *BLS required within 30 days of hire. *Experience in home health care or public health nursing preferred. *Good organizational skills required. *Good verbal and written communication skills required. *Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
