Position Summary:

The Data and Business Analytics Analyst’s primary responsibility is to use quantitative methods to assess the impact of business efforts. This person works with sales, marketing, IT and strategy teams to drive better decisions on business development based on analytics. They will help assess new opportunities, build frameworks to increase understanding and create analysis that solves business problems. Partnering with product and service lines owners, they will harness raw data and convert that into actionable insight and business growth.

Hybrid Schedule: In Doral, FL office on Tuesday to Thursday required.

Key Responsibilities:   

• Work closely with management and sales teams to prioritize business and information needs and drive our analytics strategy.
• Utilize advanced analytic tools like Tableau to analyze data, develop reports, and provide data-driven actionable recommendations to guide marketing and sales strategies.
• Mine vast data to develop new insights into operational productivity.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex financial data sets. 
• Facilitate the implementation of revenue management tasks
• Collaborate with IT teams to build integrated data pipelines and improve data velocity.
• Projects include predictive models, customer value, segmentation, break-even, and churn analysis 

Job Requirements:   

• At least 1 year of experience working within a Fortune 500 environment with large data sets in an analytics, business intelligence, or statistical role. 
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.), databases or ETL frameworks (Snowflake, etc.), and scripting programming (Python, etc.) 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information from heterogenous sources with attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Adept at SQL queries, report writing and presentation of findings. 
• CRM or marketing automation knowledge a bonus.
• Low-code/No-code app building experience a bonus.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in a quantitative field.
