How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Manager, GTLS Partner Center of Excellence plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that transform partner engagement and service delivery across our GTLS partner teams. As a key member of the Partner Management Team, this role leads high-impact projects that enhance partner servicing, optimize performance, and support servicing transformation. Acting as PMO for select initiatives, the Senior Manager ensures alignment with business objectives while fostering innovation and operational excellence. In addition to project leadership, the role oversees the end-to-end contract lifecycle for third-party engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including GCO, GSM and Control Management colleagues will be essential to support partner servicing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic initiatives that support partner onboarding, performance optimization, and servicing transformation.

  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management for third-party partners, including drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements.

  • Partner with GCO, GSM and Control teams to maintain robust contract governance.

  • Support assessments on Third Party Lifecycle Management (TLM), Third Party Supplier Management (TSM), and Financial Health Assessments (FHA).

  • Act as the PMO for select partner-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes

  • Support the development and execution of RFIs/RFPs

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of partner exit and replacement strategies, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.

  • Partner with Control Management to support control testing.

  • Ensure partner engagements meet internal and external audit standards and regulatory expectations.

  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management related to partner contracts 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience in contract management or strategic sourcing, including negotiating complex contracts and/or managing third-party relationships.

  • Experience with Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM)

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with legal, procurement, and compliance teams.

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.

  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
