Job purpose 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our PHINIA Legal team as a Manager, Global Sustainability! This position can be remote, with regular travel to the Auburn Hills, Michigan World Headquarters facility and/or other global PHINIA locations, as needed. The Manager, Global Sustainability is a key leader in fulfilling the Company’s vision of advancing sustainability today, with the goal of powering a cleaner tomorrow. This position leads the development and refreshment of the Company’s sustainability strategies and priorities, and also manages and facilitates contributions to sustainability disclosures, including the Company’s annual Sustainability Report, sustainability/ESG-related disclosures in the Company’s Proxy Statement and Annual Report on Form 10-K, and customer, rating agency, and other sustainability/CSR questionnaires and requests for information. 

This position is an important member of the PHINIA Legal Department, reporting to the General Counsel, Corporate and Securities, and Assistant Secretary, and working collaboratively with various global
