Maintenance Tech I

Winpak Lane Inc. is seeking dynamic results driven Maintenance Technician I to join our Team based out of Rialto CA. The Maintenance Technician supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our production and facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and experienced in maintaining industrial equipment, building systems, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, tools, and equipment
• (CNCs, lathes, mills, HVAC systems, air compressors, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Collaborate with the machine shop and assembly departments to ensure minimal downtime
• Maintain facility infrastructure (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, compressed air systems, etc.
• Support janitorial, landscaping, and external contractor coordination as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of facility systems to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment/repair

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• High School Graduate or GED required

• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years Maintenance/Preventative Maintenance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles

Additional Details:

• Skills & Abilities:
• Proficient in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and reading technical drawings/schematics
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and power tools
• Basic computer skills for CMMS use, work orders, and documentation
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Additional Requirements:
• HVAC certification or electrical license a plus
• Physical Requirements
• Required to use hands regularly to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and equipment.
• The employee is required to both see and hear. 
• The employee must be able to walk, sit and stand.
• The employee occasionally lifts to 50 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. 

 Compensation range:  

HOURLY RANGE $28.00 TO $33.00 BASED ON EXPERIENCE. The compensation range provided is a general guideline only. Pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience and expertise and is subject to vary.
