Description

WE'RE HIRING! This is a full-time position as Feed Production at our Stewartville, MN, location. In this role, you will receive hands-on experience and technical skills all aspects of feed production. You will provide professional, quality service to customers, mix & package feed, and load & unload trucks.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Able to multitask and work with little supervision.

• Have excellent verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.

• High attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Regular hours can vary, and you may need to work extended hours during peak times and as business dictates.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Able to perform heavy work by lifting 75 pounds occasionally, 60 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.

• Willing to work in elevated areas and climb ladders, grain bins, and grain legs.

• Work near moving equipment and in confined spaces.

• Work in all weather conditions and dusty conditions.
