Salary: $95,000 - $110,000

Job Summary

Restaurant Associates, with its heritage steeped in culinary quality and innovative dining has an exciting new opportunity! 

The Restaurant Services Project Manager role supports the organization by driving new business opportunities in the Restaurant Services division. This hybrid role is NYC based and reports to the Sr. Vice President of Restaurant Services. This position is responsible for assisting with the planning and overseeing of projects to ensure they are completed on time, efficiently, and within budgeted parameters. 

The Project Manager will: 

• Help plan and designate project resources and team members
• Assist with coordinating meetings, meeting agendas, & meeting minutes
• Support the Operations and Business Development teams with building proforma models, including check averages by market and concept, projected cover volume estimates, organizational structure and labor schedules, and business seasonality
• Supervise progress, manage the project dashboards, provide reporting, and keeping all stakeholders advised the entire way
• Assist with owning & updating the Smart Sheet Workspaces / Dashboards for specific projects
• Assist with responding to project related inquiries (both internal & external)
• Assist with project implementations
• Complete Special Projects / Assignments as needed

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 Years Project Management Experience
• Process Creation and Improvement Experience
• Experience in Hospitality Operations and/or support function (Preferred but not required)
• Client Relationship Skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all target audiences
• Ability to operate independently as well as be part of a team
• Validated leadership and supervisory skills; demonstrated ability to lead, encourage and empower teams

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills
• Project Management Software Experience (Smart Sheet, Microsoft Project, etc…)
• Excellent customer service skills and dedication to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Comfortable as a trainer of others
