Description of the assignment

Over the past years, there has been an increased focus on improving Vanderlande's service portfolio thru digital services. You will be working with various (new) factors: update/new business models, new remuneration models, intellectual property about data and legal T&C's. In this assignment you will be developing and validating a commercial model for selected number of digital services for the warehouse market.

Description of department

The department you will be working in is Product Management Services, this is part of Vanderlande's Strategy & Solutions department in the Business Unit Warehouse Solutions. Product Management Service is responsible for the entire life-cycle of a service: from development, to scale, maintain and phase out. For this, our team is engaging with customers, Vanderlande service sales & delivery teams, technology department. There has been increased focus on improving the service portfolio thru digital services within Vanderlande.

Responsibilities

The expected outcome is a commercial model for number of digital services.

• Detail current commercial digital service offering

• Conduct pricing sensitivity analyses

• Set up cost & pricing structure

• Define data agreement

• Provide sales & marketing materials
