Markel Corporation, a Fortune 500 Company, is seeking a top performer to join their Premium Audit Team in Omaha, NE! Premium Audit is expanding and has just opened up a brand new role - Premium Audit Representative. This role is entry level and does not require prior audit experience.

The Premium Audit Representative will contact Markel Specialty Commercial policyholders across the country. He/she will conduct telephone calls to policyholders to assist them in returning or completing their assigned audit, as well as notifying them of their deadline. The Representative will be responsible for assisting our Customer Service Department to assure the audits are returned with information that meets company standards and time-frames.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete assigned call and email volumes to policyholders with outstanding audits
• Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
• Assist Customer Service Representatives with general questions regarding audit documentation required on an account level
• Approve deadline extensions within department guidelines
• Assist policyholders and agents via online chat
• Respond to general inquiries via email
• Properly document all contacts made, within internal systems
• May perform low risk, small policy audits after successful completion of duties, as assigned

Qualifications/Skill Sets Required

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 or more years of prior customer service experience preferred
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Ability to meet service standards and data quality metrics
