Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

<p>The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist plays a key part in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive the success of the growing company.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li>Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from job description creation to candidate onboarding including sourcing through online and offline channels, interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit</li> <li>Partners with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develops tailored recruitment strategies and creates compelling job descriptions</li> <li>Develops and implements effective recruitment advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates including posting openings on various job boards and platforms</li> <li>Cultivates positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by showing company’s culture and value proposition to potential candidates and providing regular feedback to candidates </li> <li>Prepares interviewers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process before scheduling interviews with hiring managers</li> <li>Contributes to enhancing the employer brand through various channels, including social media and networking events</li> <li>Builds and maintains a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs</li> <li>Provides regular reports and insights to HR leadership and utilizes recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies</li> <li>Provides guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education, Experience and Technical Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. At least 2 years of experience in Tech recruitment will be considered an asset.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems and social media platforms</li><li>Excellent level of written and oral communication in English and Greek</li><li>Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office Applications</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment</li><li>Organizing/ Time Management skills</li><li>Business acumen</li><li>Very good negotiation skills</li></ul>
