This role is based in the Shawnee, KS or Washington, D.C. office.

Join our dynamic Product Marketing team, where you’ll play a key role in driving growth and retention for our subscription-based portfolio of news, insights, market intelligence, data products and consulting serving the global aerospace and aviation sector. We're looking for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, global focused B2B environment and is passionate about creating demand, generating leads, and supporting the customer journey from awareness to advocacy.

Role Accountability and Duties:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social, paid media (PPC/display), and marketing automation platforms to drive lead generation (MQLs) and direct eCommerce sales, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts, uncover opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and win new business in priority segments.
  • Leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy, ensuring marketing programs are tailored to the specific needs and pain points of aerospace and aviation professionals.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand target buyer personas, track industry trends, monitor the competitive landscape, and assess brand perception to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and stakeholder priorities, contributing to pipeline growth and customer retention goals.
  • Support content and collateral creation for sales and marketing initiatives, including sales presentations, brochures, case studies, flyers, and more, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline or demonstrated experience
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a digital, B2B product marketing environment
  • Experience in the Aviation, Aerospace or Defense sectors
  • Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels and foster a strong team environment
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM, along with analytical and ABM tools (e.g. Eloqua, SalesForce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project-management skills
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
