Electro-Mechanical Technician (888)

Job Summary:
Hanover Foods Corporation is seeking an experienced and dependable Electro-Mechanical Technician for our Hanover Freezer facility. This position is responsible for repairing, installing, and performing preventative maintenance on production and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical and electrical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on advanced production/packaging equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems

• Assist with line upgrades and package changeovers

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area

• Follow all GMP, safety, and audit protocols

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience with:

  • Basic and advanced electrical systems

  • Reading schematics and product manuals

  • Mechanical breakdown diagnostics

  • Mechanical drawings (hydraulics, pneumatics)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with compressors/ammonia systems, PLCs, pumps, and packaging equipment.
