Data Solutions Consultant

As a Data Solutions Consultant, you will lead data-related projects and play a key role in ensuring data quality, governance, and actionable insights. Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, you will deliver solutions that drive informed decision-making. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business insight, along with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.

You will:

• Work with business partners to define data requirements, identify key metrics, and deliver insights that align with strategic goals.
• Analyze large datasets to provide actionable recommendations, with a focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics that lead to optimized practices, improved data trust.
• Provide expert advice to business units on the adoption of analytics solutions, demonstrating a clear understanding of how data can drive business value.

You have:

• Proficiency with tools such as Python, R, or SQL to run more complex analyses and automate processes.
• Familiarity with data quality and governance best practices to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security
• Knowledgeable on data governance frameworks and standard methodologies, ensuring that data management follows standards, policies, and regulations.
• Proficiency in integrating and consolidating data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, flat files) to create a unified dataset for analysis
• 3+ Years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Location

• Two days a week at a Guardian location in Holmdel, NJ or Bethlehem, PA.

Salary Range:

$93,080.00 - $152,915.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
