The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for the timely and accurate picking, packing, over-labeling, kits building and shipping of all customer orders. In some areas, minor set-up and equipment operation may be required.

This position is part of the North America Distribution operations located in Romeoville, IL and is onsite.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Overtime and weekends may be required.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Pick items accurately to customer orders.
  • Escalate inventory inaccuracies to inventory control team.
  • Restock supplies as needed.
  • Pack quality products according to standard work and regulation set by compliance department, ensuring quality product is safely delivered to customer.
  • Pack hazardous and non-hazardous orders according to pick ticket instructions.
  • Audit and inspect orders before staging and shipping.  Audits include checking for proper labeling and verifying that the documents match the cartons packed.
  • Escalate inventory inaccuracies to inventory control.
  • Investigate aged and missing orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.  Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Employees will be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may include eye, hearing and respiratory protection, protective smock, steel toe shoes, gloves, hard hats, or face shields.
