Corpay promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers a culture where your contributions are recognized.<p></p><p></p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><p></p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers and data analysts, as well as business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that have an impact.</li><li>Develop and deploy machine learning models for batch-based data products, as well as real-time ML services (API) in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc)</li><li>Create data pipelines and automation processes that enhance efficiency in data collection and preparation.</li><li>Drive and advocate adoption of best practices in MLOps (Machine Learning Operations)</li><li>Document analytical processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure clarity, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing across teams</li></ul><p></p><h2>Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>A Master degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, ML/AI, Physics, Engineering), along with 2+ years of experience delivering measurable value through data in a commercial setting.</li><li>Expert in SQL for complex data queries and analysis, as well as strong programming skills in Python and confidence using version control systems (Git)</li><li>Strong understanding of machine learning approaches and their practical applications, as well as deep knowledge of the multiple machine learning libraries (sklearn, statsmodels, etc)</li><li>Experience developing and productionising machine learning models including their supporting data pipelines,</li><li>Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical data findings into meaningful business insights.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>A self-starter, detail-oriented who thrives on integrity, initiative, team-playing and results.</li><li>Would be great if you have:</li><li>PhD in STEM field, plus 2+ years delivering value through data in a commercial environment</li><li>Experience building/production sing data products based on generative AI</li><li>Experience with FastAPI, and developing APIs for data-driven applications</li><li>An innate desire to stay up-to-date and experiment with the latest AI/ML techniques</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2>The Rewards We Give You</h2><ul><li>Meal allowance: you will receive 99, - CZK gross per working day directly to your bank account</li><li>5 weeks of vacation per year</li><li>Dog-friendly office<br/>3 sick days</li></ul><ul><li>2 free days, that you could take after using up all your vacation time</li><li>2 Volunteer days</li><li>Variable system of benefits: 13200 CZK per annum, which you could use for Multisport, Retirement insurance contributions, or Cafeteria benefits account</li><li>Massages in the workplace – Corpay covers half of the price</li><li>Special pricing offer for T-Mobile tariff for personal use</li><li>Special price for fuel through our fuel cards</li><li>Gift for a wedding or registered partner
