- Support the launch of new logistics lanes across domestic and European routes.
- Analyze shipping options to optimize cost, speed, and reliability.
- Benchmark carriers and transport modes to improve pricing and transit times.
- Support carrier onboarding and lane setup (rates, lead times, constraints).
- Assist with shipment tracking and performance analysis.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Sales to align logistics with customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (logistics, supply chain, operations, engineering, or similar) — completed or in final year.
- Strong English, German or French business fluency (C1) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in logistics, transportation, or operations roles.
- Curious and comfortable using data and AI tools to support analysis and operational decisions
- Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, basic analysis).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or coursework in logistics or supply chain.
- Experience comparing carriers, rates, or delivery options.
- Basic understanding of Incoterms or transport modes.
- Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or spreadsheet modeling.
