What is the Senior Business Analyst responsible for?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support the Office of the CEO. This role is critical to ensuring the CEO’s engagements—both internal and external—are executed with precision, professionalism, and strategic insight. The role is onsite in our West Palm Beach, FL office, and will serve as a trusted partner in managing executive-level communications, briefing materials, and operational logistics.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Business Analyst?
Prepare, review, and compile briefing documents for all CEO’s meetings, including daily virtual calls, speaking engagement at conferences, and regional visits.
Ability to navigate the firm’s internal organizations to timely obtain data/info in support of briefing documents.
Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., conference organizers, regional heads, clients) on behalf of the CEO.
Monitor and manage the CEO’s calendar to ensure timely preparation and support for business commitments.
Provide on-site support for CEO engagements, including logistics, technology setup, and real-time coordination.
Ensure travel briefing binders and materials are completed and delivered ahead of all travel.
Draft, edit, and refine briefing memos and executive summaries with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with the firm’s organizational structure.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
10+ years of experience in executive support, business analysis, and strategic operations.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $130,000.00 - $150,000.00, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
